Step 2: Preparing the Armor Trak Mixture

Step 3: Use the appropriate applying tool.

The Armor Trak is applied directly to the surface; thus, it is important to use the right tool for application. It is recommended to use a standard low roller to effectively roll out the first coat of Armor Trak on the surface directly. The first coat needs to be as thin as possible.

Step 3: Use the appropriate applying tool.

Let the coat set for 3 to 4 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity, before going ahead with the second coating.

For the second coating, you can use the roller tray or pour small beads of the coating on the surface to smooth the application until the surface is all dry. You can use the Armor Trak textured or smooth product using a power drill or metal mixer to ensure proper color consistency. It is important to mix the aggregate settled at the bottom.

You can also use a paintbrush or a smaller brush to roll out the Armor Trak in hard-to-reach areas. Make sure the application is as thin as possible for smooth results.

Now, let the surface dry thoroughly for at least 24 hours before foot traffic. The drying time period can be extended based on the surface and tacky material.
