I cannot express enough gratitude to the team for all their help! I was trying to DIY my garage floor and as such I sent SO MANY questions to the team. They were patient, professional, and overall phenomenal! The instructions were clear and the package came with everything I needed! The product is incredible and I’ve received so many compliments about the floor! It’s held up with daily use for nearly 8 months! I store my work vehicle in the garage and it now works as a gym and woodworking station. There’s no visible wear and I couldn’t be happier!
Great product, quick shipping and great customer support. I didn’t want to pay the quotes received and didn’t trust the big box stores products. Took my time to ensure it was out on correctly and put extra time into the prep which was probably the hardest part of it all. Power washed garage floor, cleaned and filled expansion joints, used a concrete grinder to get rid of pitting, acid washed and then waited 36 hrs for it to ensure it was dry. Installation went smooth and just took a couple of hours each day. After installing waited about 10 days before driving on it as we had some big weather fluctuations and wanted to ensure it was cured. After a month of driving on it the floor looks great! Not slick after bring in wet cars after it rains. Not sure why we didn’t do this sooner.
The professionally applied epoxy floor coating (Armorclad Master Kit Up to 600 SQ FT with Topcoat) was impressive in terms of its stunning appearance, exceptional durability, and ease of maintenance. I would highly recommend this flooring solution for anyone looking for a practical, cost-effective, and attractive option for their garage, workshop, or commercial space.
Fast shipping, great customer service.
We ordered Armorpoxy II for a commercial kitchen. The product arrived quickly and instructions were very helpful. Couldn't be more happy with the results!
Great product. 6 months in and quality is excellent. Follow instructions to the T and had perfect results.
Used the Ballistix product for my new shop, ordered from ArmorProxy. I spent a lot of time researching options. ArmorProxy was very helpful with both my choosing the product and the application work. Good folks with a lot of knowledge in floor coatings!
I purchased the Armorclad Master Kit for up to 600sq ft with the upgraded topcoat and the primer. The product arrived quickly and the instructions and video were very helpful since this was a DIY project. I had plenty of everything for my garage. I did run short on the flakes but that was my error. I was a little heavy handed in the beginning. I am very impressed with the results. I would definitely recommend this product.
Positives Great Deal Covered 550 sq ft well 100% solids, real epoxy I'm very happy with the finished product Negatives It wasn't clear what was coming with the kit. I only expected the primer, base coat, clear coat, and flakes. In addition it came with fine sand for grip, squeegee, etch, mixing paddle, chip brush, and latex/nitrile gloves. These items are pictured on the product page but no where were they listed as included. By the time the package arrived I had already bought some of these items. I also didn't need the etch because I grinded. The standard clear coat is not epoxy. This isn't written explicitly anywhere on the master kit product page. I'm fine with it because I used the product in my basement where it won't need the same durability as a garage. Towards the end of each batch, the epoxy base coat became incredibly difficult to spread. Armorpoxy recommends mixing the 3gal base coat in two batches, which I did. If doing it again I would mix even smaller batches. I was applying in fall on a cold basement floor so it wasn't the heat speeding up curing. One other note: I bought flakes from a different supplier because I didn't like the color options or sizes available. Worked great.
After getting a $3900 quote for my small shop I did thorough research on the best brand of epoxy coating I could do myself. ArmorPoxy came out on top. Being a 100% solids epoxy and being able to purchase everything in a single kit was also a huge benefit. For a first time effort I think it came out really well. However, I learned a lot of this first time experience and am now contemplating on doing my garage to incorporate what I learned. By the way the total cost came out to just under $1000. Quite a difference from the $3900 quote and it only took about five hours, spread over four days. I highly recommend!
