Due to the specialized nature of ArmorPoxy products, including lot/batch tracking requirements and hazardous material (HAZMAT) shipping regulations, all products are non-returnable and non-refundable. We strongly recommend confirming quantities and product selection prior to purchase. Our team is available to assist with any questions before ordering. In limited cases, and at ArmorPoxy’s sole discretion, a return may be authorized.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Custom kits or made-to-order systems
- Non-stock or special-order items
- Any products that have been tinted, modified, or customized
Approved Returns (Exceptions Only)
If a return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
