One part Copolymer Roof Coating with rubber granules for the most demanding roofing and walkway applications. Our most popular roof coating. Ideal for virtually any roof or walkway to economically ‘re-roof’ your surface. Applies easily with trowel or squeegee. Ideal for wood, metal, EPDM, APP, TPO, synthetic and rubber roofs. Used along with ArmorRoof Mastic for sealing pips, curbs, holes and vertical roof surfaces. Cure in 24-48 hours.
White color reflects over 85% of UV and heat away, keeping your home or building much cooler and saving on energy costs.
Coverage depends on surface conditions and application procedures. Correct dry thickness is appx 56 Mils thick.
1 coat only required. Easy application. 5 YR WARRANTY. Application may require use of trowel or thinning product to help rolling.
