ArmorPoxy Urethane Mortar Slurry is a unique 3-component urethane mortar (contains liquids A & B plus aggregate) slurry repair material. It is a re-coatable, high gloss, abrasion resistant flooring system that can withstand high impact and extreme thermal shock from hot water or steam cleaning. Super moisture tolerant, ideal for wet and damp areas. Can be applied to damp concrete. One of the most advanced coatings in the marketplace.
Great for food & chemical processing plants, bakeries, wastewater treatment, breweries/ bottling plants, sanitize/wash areas, anywhere a durable shock resistant surface is needed.
Simply mix the A & B liquids and proprietary Silica powder compound together and mix with power mixing tool (use with your drill). Cure time 10-18 hours depending on temp/humidity. Kit does not come with a power mixing tool. Please purchase metal power mixer here.
50 lb kit covers 41 sq ft @ 1/8″ Can be laid up to 1/2″ thickness. Self-leveling, easy to install. Excellent for coating damaged, pocked and spalled floors. Used in winery, brewery and food service applications. Available in Medium Gray or Tile Red but can be topcoated with our ARM253X Protective Topcoat which, depending on the topcoat color, can make your floor any of our standard colors, or custom color (minimums apply). Compressive strength 10,200 lbs (over double the strength of standard concrete). Recommended for a high build resurfacing for traffic areas where a seamless floor is desired. Please note that shot blasting or rough diamond grinding is required for proper adhesion.
