ArmorRoof Asphalt Shingle Sealer is a unique clear 1-part sealer that protects and adds water resistance to roofs. Whether you're dealing with an aging roof, minor leaks, or want to improve the longevity of your shingles, ArmorRoof for Shingles by ArmorPoxy offers an easy-to-apply solution that will give you peace of mind. With its clear, non-yellowing formula, it maintains the natural appearance of your roof while adding unmatched durability. This exceptional product adds a layer of water protection, rejuvenating your roof and restoring its original beauty while preventing further damage.
Additional life/water resistance can be attained by using additional coats. We recommend a minimum of 2 coats, as most older/leaking roofs are ‘dry and porous’ and may tend to soak up the initial coat. Helps to prevent mildew and discoloration and reseal loose granules. Applies with a bluish cast, then dries clear. Apply down to 45 degrees F. Surface should be clean/dry/free from debris. Do not apply to wet or moist surfaces. Coverage approximately 1,250 square ft/5 gal pail. Can also be used on non-porous or painted surfaces for UV and weather protection.
