Key Features of Armorpoxy SPGX Polyurea Coating

• One-Part System: SPGX is a unique one-part, super fast-curing polyurea coating that requires no mixing. SPGX Polyurea has the advantages of paint, but with a performance that is equal to, or exceeds that of military-grade urethanes. Manufactured from high-performance industrial-grade resins, Armorpoxy SPGX outperforms virtually any one-part (and many two-part) coatings on the market.
  
• Rapid Cure Time: Ideal for areas where quick drying is essential, SPGX cures in just 3-4 hours, allowing for foot traffic without extended wait times. This is especially beneficial for garages and other spaces where items cannot be left outside overnight. Ideal for garages and other applications where users are unable to leave their possessions outside while awaiting the overnight cure times of multi-layer epoxy systems.
  
  
• Durability and Longevity: Unlike epoxies and urethanes which can discolor over time when exposed to UV, SPGX is totally non-yellowing and will maintain its color throughout its life. (Note that SPGX is not recommend for outdoor use, see our wide offerings of outdoor/exterior products)
  
  
• Versatile Application: SPGX comes in ‘clear’ color but can be field-tinted with matching pigment packs to either gray or tan colors. SPGX is an ideal coating for a ‘polished concrete look’ achieved by just rolling on a coat of non-pigmented SPGX. 
  
  
• Safety Features: The coating accepts non-skid additives like Armorgrip to enhance traction, reducing slippage in wet or oily conditions.
  
  
• Fleck Floor Options: SPGX is an ideal clear coat for stained and colored floors and can be used as a topcoat on virtually any coating. SPGX can also be used for ‘fleck type’ floors by using a pigmented coat as the first coat and broadcasting colored flecks onto it and then coating with a second coat of SPGX in clear.  SPGX is sold by the gallon, or incomplete kits in either medium or full fleck broadcast packages. Please see our SPGX ready to install kits.
  
  
• Temperature Resistance: SPGX also cures in lower temperatures than epoxies, can cure at temperatures down to 40 degrees F.  Since SPGX is a one-part product that applies like paint, there is no waste since no mixing, and unused material can be kept in the can for re-use for up to a year.
  
  
• Economical and Eco-Friendly: As a one-part product, SPGX removes mixing waste, and any unused material can be stored for reuse for up to a year, making it an economical choice.
